Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Assist with restorative and general dental procedures. Take quality dental radiographs. Follow proper sterilization and infection-control procedures. Keep treatment rooms organized and ready for patients. Help patients feel comfortable and cared for. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Work efficiently and confidently alongside our clinical team. What We're Looking For Required: Active Texas RDA registration. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependability, professionalism, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and take initiative. Bonus Points For: Recent dental assisting school completion. Coronal Polishing Certification.
