Role Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our pediatric dental team. As the first point of contact for our young patients and their families, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, high-energy, and positive environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction: Greet patients and parents warmly upon arrival; manage check-in and check-out processes. Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule for pediatric dentists and hygienists. Communication: Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and confirm upcoming appointments. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, verify insurance coverage, and process payments. Office Flow: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience for families. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred (Pediatric experience is a plus!). Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency with dental practice management software, and excellent verbal/written communication. Personality: Must be patient, energetic, and enjoy working around children.
