Falco Vane Dental is a privately owned 2 Doctor General Practice located in Warren, RI. We are looking to add a Full Time Dental Receptionist to our team. We provide quality care in a relaxing and friendly setting while improving oral health and function of each individual's teeth. Hours: Tue 8-4:30/5:00, Wed 8-4:30/5:00, Thur 8-4:30/5:00, Fri 7-4 What You’ll Do Welcoming patients into the office being the first point of contact Checking patients in and out Answering calls, texts and emails professionally Verifying insurance benefits and assisting patients with questions Present treatment estimates and discussing financial options Follow up on unscheduld treatment and recall appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help ensure patient satisfaction We are looking for a team player who helps cultivates a positive, growth-oriented culture. Hourly rate based on experience, paid vacation and holidays & 401k w/ match. No phone calls to the office.
