Key Responsibilities * Welcome patients and deliver exceptional customer service. * Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments. * Coordinate new patients, hygiene recalls, and treatment appointments. * Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility. * Manage patient check-in, check-out, billing, and collections. * Follow up on unscheduled treatment and missed appointments. * Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling information. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications * Dental front desk experience strongly preferred. * Medical office experience may also be considered. * Experience with dental scheduling, insurance verification, and billing. * Excellent communication and phone etiquette. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Comfortable learning dental software and new technology. * Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
