Schedule: Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday/Thursday: Matthews Office Tuesday/Wednesday: Ballantyne Office We are a patient-centered, modern dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional oral health care. To better serve our growing patient base, we are looking for a versatile and energetic Dental Assistant to join our team across two of our premier locations: Ballantyne and Matthews. Job Summary: As a Dual-Location Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier patient care and clinical support. You will split your week evenly between our Ballantyne and Matthews offices, ensuring a seamless experience for patients at both locations. Your adaptability, clinical expertise, and warm chairside manner will help our patients feel comfortable and cared for. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (restorative, cosmetic, preventative, etc.). Prepare and breakdown treatment rooms efficiently, adhering to strict infection control and OSHA protocols. Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any initial questions. Take high-quality digital X-rays Manage clinical supply inventory and order materials for both locations as needed. Perform laboratory duties, such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns. Accurately maintain patient electronic health records and treatment notes. Collaborate closely with the front office team to ensure smooth patient scheduling and flow. Qualifications: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred Valid North Carolina X-ray and coronal polishing certification required. Reliable transportation to commute to both the Ballantyne and Matthews locations. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner. .
