We're looking for a friendly, organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to be the first smile our patients see when they walk through the door. While the primary responsibility is front desk coordination, this position also requires the ability to assist clinically when needed. Flexibility with scheduling, daily assignments, and changing office priorities is essential. Primary Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions Manage and optimize the daily schedule Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment coordination Discuss financial arrangements and collect payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Dental front office experience required Experience with insurance verification and treatment coordination Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-pased enivronment Comfortable learning new systems and helping a growing practice succeed What We Offer Family-owned, non-cooporate environment Supportive team culture Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and benefits Opportunity to grow with a modern, expanding practice If you're passionate about helping patients and want to be part of a team that truly values it's people, we'd love to hear from you.
