Job Title: Dental Assistant (DA) / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Location: Oakland, California Position Type: Full-Time, 9AM–6PM Compensation: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour (depending on experience and credentials) About Us We are a patient-centered practice dedicated to exceptional dental care in a warm environment. Our team thrives on collaboration and positive energy. We are looking for a friendly, organized DA or RDA to provide outstanding clinical support. Experience preferred, but we will train the right DA candidate with a stellar attitude! What You Will Do Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (four-handed dentistry). Greet, seat, and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort. Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) and impressions. Sterilize instruments and prep/break down treatment rooms per OSHA/CDC guidelines. Track dental lab cases and manage clinical inventory. Document treatment notes accurately using Open Dental software. What We Are Looking For Compassionate clinical demeanor and excellent communication skills. Active California credentials (RDA license or DA certificates, including X-ray and CPR). High comfort level with dental software (Open Dental) and Google Workspace. Reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
