850 Modern Dentistry | Tallahassee, FL Part-Time | Every Friday, 8 AM–2 PM | $25–$27/hour 850 Modern Dentistry is seeking an experienced dental assistant with a strong background in complete and partial dentures to join our team every Friday. This is an ideal opportunity for an assistant who works Monday–Thursday and is looking for a consistent, part-time position to supplement their income. Responsibilities Assist the dentist with complete and partial denture procedures, including impressions, bite registrations, wax try-ins, and deliveries. Prepare and handle traditional impression materials, including PVS and alginate. Assist with denture adjustments, relines, and post-delivery appointments. Perform expanded functions as permitted by Florida law, consistent with documented training and required supervision. Coordinate cases with dental laboratories. Educate patients on denture care and maintenance. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required. Experience with complete and partial dentures strongly preferred. Familiarity with traditional impressions and removable prosthodontic workflows. Florida-recognized expanded-functions training preferred. Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment. Schedule: Every Friday, 8 AM–2 PM Pay: $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Interested?
