Our practice combines that personal touch with advanced technology, including cone beam 3D imaging and CEREC same-day crown technology, giving you exciting treatment options to help patients understand.

What You’ll Do

• Present doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Explain insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment options.
• Build patient relationships and follow up on recommended treatment.
• Coordinate scheduling and help patients complete their care.
• Manage patient balances and support collections.
• Work closely with our doctors and team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of dental front-office experience, including treatment presentation and financial coordination.
• Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and dental insurance.
• Warm, confident communication and strong organizational skills.
• Initiative, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
• A team player who takes pride in helping patients and supporting colleagues.
• Spanish speaking a plus!
