Who We Are

We are a general practice in Mountain View, CA. Open Mondays 8a-3p and Tuesdays thur Fridays 8a-5p. 

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and positive assistant who can work well together with our office team.  

Responsibilities

• Check operatory is ready, stocked, cleaned at start of each patient appt
• Prepare and set up trays and materials
• Greet and seat patients
• Gather necessary diagnostic data (xrays, intra-oral photos, diagnostic models, etc)
• Fabricate study models, nightguards, cosmetic whitening trays
• Provide patient education and demonstrate when necessary
• Assist dentist chairside with care and concern for patients at all times
• Direct patient responsibility: coronal polishing, sealant application, desensitizing application
• Maintain operatory rooms by changing monthly traps and maintain waterlines
• Maintain sterilization facility clean and functions, monthly autoclave maintenance, weekly spore testing, and monitor water filters daily and replace filters when red light is blinking
• Maintain lab facility and follow up with lab cases
• Work as a team with rest of the clinical and business staff for smooth office operation
