Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Arcadia, CA

We are a Prosthodontic office in Arcadia searching to add on to our team! We are looking for an energetic, organized Registered Dental Assistant, with professional communication skills, Dentrix proficient, and a desire to learn and grow. Our ideal candidate is confident and committed to serving patients and connecting with them to deliver the best care. Our office is patient-centered, dedicated to improving not just our patient's oral health but their overall health thru education and the most thorough care available.
Duties to include:
- chairside dental assisting utilizing all of the RDA functions
- proficient in full capabilities of Dentrix
- impressions as well as digital scanning
- fabrication of temporary crowns
- ordering and stocking dental supplies and managing inventory
- maintenance of OSHA program and emergency kit
- equipment maintenance
- sterilization of rooms and instruments
- taking of digital x-rays, and intra oral photographs
- proficient in digital documentation in Dentrix including existing conditions, current and planned treatment, documentation of patient visit
- tracking of lab cases
- schedule: Monday - Thursday, and occasional Friday as needed
