2 years of previous Orthodontic Assisting experience is required
Consistent availability

Duties:
- Assist orthodontist with patient care and treatment procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)- Perform dental charting and documentation using practice management software- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care- Assist with orthodontic appliance adjustments and repairs- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
Skills:
- Knowledge of dental documentation practices and procedures- Understanding of infection control protocols in a healthcare setting- Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software for orthodontic appliances- Knowledge of aseptic technique for maintaining a sterile environment
