DePaul Community Health Centers in Gould, AR, is looking for an experienced, energetic, hard-working Dental Assistant to add to our team. We are a faith-based organization who is mission minded in our goal to provide affordable oral and medical care to everyone who wants and needs it!
This is a full time position from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities include:
Primarily assist the dentist during a variety of dental treatment practices
Assist dental hygienist and other team members in achieving defined goals
Understand and demonstrate proper sterilization and infection control procedures
Setup and breakdown of operatory pre and post treatment
Obtain dental x-rays
Perform all necessary lab procedures
Patient education for follow up care and oral health
Office tasks as needed.
Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Dental Assistant certificate (a plus)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
