Responsibilities

• Patient Liaison-Serving customers over the phone and in person, starting from when they first call to the time they first walk into our office.
• Schedulepatient appointments
• Have an understanding of and desire to schule smater (and to goal), not harder.
• Be an integral part of case acceptance.
