Requirements:
Previous dental front office experience preferred
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software ( Open dental is plus)

Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Process insurance claims and manage medical collections as needed.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office workflow and patient satisfaction.
Utilize EHR systems and dental software to streamline administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
