Position Overview:We are looking for an RDA with a minimum of 6 years of consistent experience to assist with a variety of general dental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants, root canals, and extractions.
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed.
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
Ensure proper patient documentation and maintain accurate records.
Educate patients on oral hygiene care and post-procedure instructions.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of consistent work experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
Texas RDA license required.
Skilled in a wide range of general dental procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and patient care.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills with both patients and team members.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
2 Saturdays a month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (work straight through with an allowable break)

Additional Information:

Pay is based on experience.
A working interview may be required as part of the hiring process.
