What You’ll Do As our Expanded Function Dental Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centered care by: Placing amalgam and composite restorations Fabricating temporary crowns and bridges Performing coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants Preparing patients and assisting with four-handed dentistry Managing lab cases, inventory, and equipment maintenance Educating patients and helping coordinate their follow-up care What We’re Looking For Active EFDA License in Pennsylvania (or Dental Assisting Program graduate) Current Radiology and CPR (BLS) certifications A trauma-informed, compassionate approach to patient care Comfort with EHR systems and Microsoft Office (NextGen experience is a plus) Bonus points for: 3+ years of EFDA or dental assisting experience Experience in leading or mentoring within a clinical team What You’ll Receive We take care of the people who take care of others.
