Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring that all instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling visits as necessary.
Maintain infection control protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Perform basic dental assisting tasks such as taking x-rays, preparing dental materials, and sterilizing instruments.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming atmosphere for young patients and assisting with their specific needs.
