Experienced Dental Assistant - Tampa Palms Dentistry - Tampa, FL

We are an established, but rapidly growing private dental office in Tampa Palms (New Tampa), FL. We are looking for a knowledgeable and highly motivated Dental Assistant interested in building a career with endless potential. A minimum of 2 years Dental Assisting experience is required. Dentrix experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient record management and scheduling.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Perform X-rays and assist in the documentation of medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Support the dental team in various tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The office offers multiple aspects of dental care including general dentistry, implants, surgery, and endo.
