Dental Hygienist Opportunity | Hygiene With Purpose and Care Without Compromise
Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Los Angeles, CA

Redefining Patient Care | Empowering Health & Confidence
About Us:
We are a private, patient-centered dental practice focused on delivering exceptional care without compromise.
Our mission is simple: protect health, protect trust, and deliver experiences that make patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. We prioritize clinical excellence, transparency, and hospitality where we create an environment where both patients and team members can thrive.
We are moving out-of-network with most insurance plans to ensure we deliver the best care based on what’s right for each patient, not what insurance dictates. Learn more about our practice at COFAdentistry.com
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who shares our values and is passionate about providing not just cleanings but complete, confidence-building care. You’ll have the time and support you need to focus on quality over quantity, truly connect with patients, and help them invest in their lifelong health.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver thorough, gentle, and personalized hygiene care, customized to each patient’s needs and goals
- Partner closely with the doctor to educate patients, support comprehensive diagnosis, and elevate case acceptance
- Create an exceptional patient experience at every visit — building trust, connection, and loyalty
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to the highest standards of infection control and safety
- Bring ideas, creativity, and care to help continuously improve our service and practice
- Enthusiastically participate in continuing education, patient communication initiatives, and team development activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist
- Strong clinical skills and an even stronger long term commitment to patient-centered care
- Exceptional communication, hospitality, and patient education skills
- A genuine, warm, and professional presence, someone who makes patients feel safe, understood, and cared for
- A proactive team player who is solutions-oriented, positive, and detail-driven
- Openness to learning and being coached on how to lead meaningful, patient-centered conversations about health and care options
- Confidence in discussing and offering additional and adjunctive services when appropriate (e.g., fluoride, sealants, laser therapy, whitening), only when necessary for patient benefit and clinical necessity
What We Offer:
- Paid time off and holidays
- Continuing education opportunities
- A supportive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment where your voice matters
- Bonus structure
Hours:
- Clinical: Tuesday - Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Mondays at least twice a month for administrative, continuing education, and team meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour, depending on experience
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
