Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our dental instruments and equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of sterilization processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare environment. We are looking for someone eager to learn. We are open to new grads with no experience.
Responsibilities
Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and monitor compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary tools are available and sterile.
Support the dental team by managing inventory levels of sterilized supplies and notifying when reordering is necessary.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure optimal workflow and patient care.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on sterilization equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the clinic, adhering to infection control policies.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
