Mission of Role
Dental Hygiene Assistants will report to the Hygiene Team Lead. The mission of the role is to work with the hygienist in helping to keep the flow of the day running seamless. To assist the hygienist in ways to help increase daily production.

Key Responsibilities

Seating patient and provide patient comfort as well as the best patient experience possible
Updating health histories and taking vital signs
X-rays (Must have radiology license)
Scheduling hygiene patients back for recare appointments
Assisting front desk in keeping hygiene schedule full
Patient education
Assisting the hygienist when needed
Stocking and Cleaning rooms and sterilizing instruments
Setting up rooms
Ordering and putting away supplies
Taking impressions, pouring up impressions and lab work
Providing thorough patient notes
