Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional FULL TIME Dental Hygienist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Privately owned, non-corporate, family practice in Queen Creek looking for a hygienist to join our team. M-Thurs. No weekends. No evenings. PTO, health care and paid holidays.
Who We're Looking For
Our office is looking for someone that takes pride in their work and has the ability to show empathy and compassion when treating patients. Must be able to accurately diagnose AND educate patients. Communication skills are a must. Confidence in your ability to diagnose and to treat patients, especially those with periodontal issues. Someone that is confident in administering local anesthetic and nitrous oxide when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients through exam, patients records and patients medical history to assist in the diagnoses of dental hygiene problems, disease and efficacy of administered treatment plans.
- Recognize early signs of periodontal disease, accurately diagnose appropriate treatment and educate patients on importance of said treatment.
- Communicate with patients in a caring and professional way, helping to allay patient anxiety when needed.
