Little Tokyo Dental Group is a general office seeking for an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant for the opportunity to join our dedicated team. We are an office that operates Tuesdays - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Weekly hours: 32hrs.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who will bring skills of organization, infection control, anticipation chairside, thoughtful support of patient needs, and qualities including ethical behavior, honesty, good energy, kindness, teamwork, and an interest in learning.

Responsibilities

• chairside assistance during procedures (including impression and making temporaries)
• infection control in operatory and sterilization procedures
• daily, weekly, monthly maintenance of equipment
• xray exposure, digital sensor imaging
• use of Oryx software (will teach)
• CBCT (will teach if no prior experience)
• itero digital scanning (preferred but if no experience must be willing to learn)
• preparation of lab cases/management of incoming and outgoing cases
• re-stocking throughout day, week
• communication with Dr, and all team
• neat and constant organization of operatories, sterilization area
• personal care including arriving on time for work hours
• courtesy with patients, fellow staff
• more as discussed/determined.
