Front Desk benefits coordinator needed to train existing office staff

Our Growing dental practice is seeking an exceptional Benefits Coordinator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

Professional experienced staff able to navigate HMO and PPO dental insurance to maximize revenue within provided guidelines.
Must be experienced with DeltaCare USA, GP and SPECIALTY, AETNA, CIGNA, and ConnectionDenatl GEHA plans. Major task is to make practice management software and resources work for the practice, and not the other way around

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Eaglesoft practice managment system with Vyne Trellis, establish a methods of verifying benefits, preauthorizing treatment that can be adhered to by the existing staff.
• Analyze and create proper insurance and coverage books to accurately reflect specifics for HMO plans
• Clean up and remove outdated plans in Eaglesoft making the system more efficient / utilizing Trojan and or Vyne
• Create summaries of benefits for front office to schedule patient more efficiently.
• Coach each employee on the proper intake, walkout and billing of patients
• Review accuracy of treatment plans and fee shedules
• Review and report back Insurance plans that are not beneficial to the practice 
• Report to practice owher accurate production/collection totals
