Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven. You should have a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and a passion for patient care are a must.
Qualifications:

Valid and current RDA license in California

X-ray and CPR certification required

Minimum 1 year of chairside experience preferred

Familiarity with (Dentrix/DEXIS/iTero/Cerec) is a plus
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos/ scans

Prepare/sterilize instruments and treatment rooms

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions

Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Ensure a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace

Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients
