About Us:
AGAPÉ SMILE SPA, where your smile is our love language. Located in the rolling hills of Orange, Ca. We’re dedicated to creating long term and nurturing relationships with patients in a calm spa environment.

Position:
We’re looking for a multi-talented individual with at least 3 years of experience to take on a dynamic role that includes:

• Receptionist Duties: Greeting patients with a smile, managing appointments, and maintaining a smooth front office flow.
• Treatment Coordination: Educating patients about their treatment plans, ensuring they understand their options, and building trust.
• Billing Expertise: Handling insurance claims, patient accounts, and financial arrangements with precision and care.
• Dental Assisting: Providing chairside support to the dentist and ensuring our clinical area runs efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30-35/hour ($62,400-$72,800 annually for full-time employees).
