Dental Floater (Front & Back Office Assistant)

Agapé Smile Spa is not a traditional dental office — we are a relationship-centered, elevated dental experience focused on comfort, intention, and excellence.

Position:

We are hiring a Dental Floater who is confident working both front and back office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, adapts quickly, and enjoys being wherever the practice needs them most.

We’re looking for a multi-talented individual with at least 3 years of experience to take on a dynamic role that includes:

• Front Office Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression

  • Answer phones professionally and schedule appointments efficiently

  • Verify insurance and review treatment estimates

  • Collect co-payments and post payments accurately

  • Maintain organized patient records

  • Assist with recall and patient follow-up calls

  Back Office Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctor during procedures (restorative, crown & bridge, etc.)

  • Take digital radiographs

  • Prepare and break down operatories

  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols

  • Help manage clinical supplies and organization

  • Support smooth patient flow throughout the day

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30-35/hour ($62,400-$72,800 annually for full-time employees).
