Dental clinic seeking experienced Dental Hygienist in Hemet, CA

Outstanding private dental practice seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team on Wednesdays and Thursdays with the possibility of full time in the future as the practice continues to grow.

We are scheduling working interviews July 14th-17th with a projected start date of Wednesday, July 30th.

Our team is dedicated to giving patients the best experience possible. We are seeking an RDH who is willing to work together with this goal in mind. Our Standard of Care incorporates traditional hygiene practices, diode lasers; Curodont and more. Bilingual English / Spanish ideal but not required.

• In addition to base pay, our office participates in profit sharing, which allows you to be rewarded for your efforts to care for your patients, which can significantly enhance your income.

Responsibilities

• Our hygiene appointments are 60 minutes long to ensure you have enough time to take vitals, radiographs, periodontal screening and recording, and perform periodontal maintenance or prophylaxis.
• We schedule Scaling and Root Planing 2 quads at a time and block two hours to provide plenty of time for great patient outcomes. And a better working environment.
• Experience is highly desired; however we will work with the right caliber newer graduate to develop their skills and timing.

Compensation consists of a base hourly rate of $50.00 plus incentive pay ranging from $100.00-$500.00 per month. Incentive pay is designed to motivate our hygienists to keep their schedule full and to follow our standard of care.
