Great opportunity: Dental Hygienist position in Phoenix, AZ

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We are

We are a busy, yet friendly dental office in Ahwatukee that puts patient care first.  Our private practice has one dentist and two other hygienists.  We work Monday through Thursday 7AM-5PM, with a lunch break 1:00-2:00.  A typical work week averages 36-40 hours per week.  We prefer full time, but would consider 2 day work week without benefits, for two applicants.

Who We're Looking For

Must have: an AZ Registered Dental Hygienist license

And must be:  local anesthesia certified

                        dental laser certified

Responsibilities

• take xrays
• accurate perio charting
• regular and SRP cleanings
• use laser when needed
• maintain accurate patient records
• conduct dental hygiene based on patient diagnosis
• educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• place fluoride varnish when needed
• maintain HIPAA and OSHA standards
