Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Dream Dentistry - Longview, WA

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong desire to support our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take dental x-rays and maintain patient records
Participate in treatment planning discussions and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Treatment planning and manage patient flow
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Foster a positive team atmosphere by promoting open communication

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification
Previous experience in a dental office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
