What You’ll Do:

Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures (we will train if you're new to ortho)
Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and operatory cleanliness
Take orthodontic records including X-rays, photos, and impressions
Educate patients on appliance care and oral hygiene
Travel between our Willow Street and Lancaster offices as needed
Support with scheduling, patient communication, and maintaining a smooth clinic flow

What We’re Looking For:

Active PA Dental Assistant Certification or RDA license (required)
Previous dental assisting experience (general dentistry or ortho)
Willingness to learn orthodontic procedures and grow in the role
Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused with great communication skills
Comfortable traveling between our two locations (mileage reimbursement may apply)
