Established dental practice hiring a dental assistant in West Seattle, WA

Required License/Certification:

• Dental Assistant License
• X-ray Certification
• BLS Certification (Up to date)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, stocking, and organizing rooms for procedures
• Confirm and answer questions on procedures about to perform at the day of visit
• Making patients comfortable and providing instructions
• Take dental radiograph
• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Instructing patients on dental hygiene and proper care of dental fixtures
• Sterilizing dental instruments and equipements. Place then in cabinets
• Assist with dental lab work
• Manage patients records
• Assist patients in scheduling their next appointment
• Inform doctor's orders to front staffs

Skills:

• Ready to learn and adapt to procedure flow
• Ability to perfrom all duties of dental assistant
