We are a boutique, patient-focused dental office known for excellence in general, cosmetic, and specialty care. We're seeking an strong RDA or experienced Dental Assistant with a warm, upbeat personality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience at every visit.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting during procedures (general, cosmetic, and specialty)
• Taking X-rays, Panoramic, and CBCT images
• iTero scanning and placing Invisalign attachments
• Performing 4-handed/6-handed dentistry with confidence
• Sterilizing and prepping operatories per OSHA protocols
• Managing digital records in Eaglesoft
• Supporting front office tasks as needed (phones, scheduling)
• Educating patients on home care and post-op instructions
• Maintaining a positive and professional presence at all times

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 8+ years of dental assisting experience (RDA preferred)
• Is familiar with cosmetic dentistry and digital workflows
• Is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-quality setting
• Can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is proactive, reliable, and organized
• Experience with Eaglesoft, Invisalign, iTero, and coronal polishing is a big plus
• Has training in OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
