Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the dental practice's daily operations. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures, as well as the ability to assist in various dental specialties, including Endodontics.

Employment: W2 Full time and part time

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the management of appointment scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic.
• Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety in accordance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Dental Assistant is required.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures related to General Dentistry and Endodontics.
• Proficiency in taking X-rays and understanding radiographic techniques, certificate is required.
• Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
