This individual will work closely with our incredible Dr's and dynamic team to ensure smooth operations, support growth, and deliver an outstanding patient experiance. Responsibilities

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of dentistry and dental office operations
• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Compassionate, engaging, and values-driven leadership style
• Ability to foster teamwork and create a positive, drama free, fun, safe work culture
