The ideal candidate is fun, friendly, and excited about delivering high-quality dentistry to patients who we love like family. We are a patient-centered, family practice dedicated to doing the best for our patients, utilizing the latest Dental technology: laser pocket disinfection, LANAP, 3-D printing, digital impressions, CEREC crowns, CBCT, and sleep apnea treatment. Experience is preferred but not required, positivity is a must. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Monthly bonus opportunity available. Laser pocket disinfection training available. Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities · Perform dental hygiene with ultrasonic and hand instruments · Have a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about high-quality dentistry. · Take radiographs when necessary · Assist the dentist during examinations · Sterilization and sharpening of instruments · Able to work with Eaglesoft Software · Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits · Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory Dental Hygienist Requirements and Qualifications · Dental Hygiene license from an accredited school · Virginia Dental Hygiene license · 1+ years of dental experience preferred · Attention to detail · Positivity Clinical Setting: General Dentistry Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
