Our warm, family-oriented pediatric dental office in Chino Hills is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and help create positive dental experiences for children of all ages.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable RDA who enjoys working with children and takes pride in delivering excellent care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Active California RDA license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- A detail-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient care
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas to high standards
- Take and process dental radiographs with precision and care
- Provide oral hygiene education and comfort to young patients and their families
- Record and maintain accurate patient information in our practice management system
- Support the clinical team in maintaining a positive patient flow and a fun, stress-free environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance pediatric dental skills
- Contribute to practice-wide initiatives and special projects as needed
