🦷 Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Join Our Caring, Organized Team!
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our practice on a part-time basis. If you’re passionate about patient care, thrive in a well-organized environment, and take pride in being punctual and professional, we’d love to meet you.
📅 Schedule:
•     Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
•     9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•     A fourth day may be added in the near future — flexibility is appreciated!

•     Responsibility & Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to support the team and our patients.
•     Strong Organizational Skills: You keep treatment areas tidy, manage supplies efficiently, and help maintain smooth daily operations.
•     Team Player: You communicate clearly, support your colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
•     RDA Certification Required: Must be a licensed Registered Dental Assistant in California.
•     Experience Preferred: Prior dental assisting experience is a plus.
•     iTero Scanner Proficiency: Must be adept in using the iTero intraoral scanner — this is a mandatory skill for the role.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
•     Chairside assisting during procedures
•     Sterilization and preparation of instruments
•     Patient intake and documentation
•     Support with lab cases and inventory
•     General office and clinical support
•     Expanded RDA Duties:
•     Take dental X-rays (with radiation safety certification)
•     Perform coronal polishing (if certified)
•     Apply fluoride varnishes and sealants
•     Take impressions for study models
•     Fabricate and place temporary crowns and restorations
•     Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
•     Perform digital scans using the iTero scanner for diagnostics and treatment planning
