Front Office / Treatment Coordinator â Dental Office Are you a warm, organized, and motivated individual who enjoys connecting with patients and being part of a collaborative, fun, and drama-free team? We are a modern, family-owned PPO/FFS (no HMO/Medicaid) dental practice looking for an experienced front office team member to join us! In this role, you'll join two other friendly and highly experienced front desk treatment coordinators and front desk team members. To thrive here, youâll need prior experience in dental insurance and treatment planning , and a passion for helping patients smile confidently. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet patients warmly and professionally Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently Answer phone calls and patient inquiries with clarity and care Schedule and manage appointments using a well-organized calendar Send appointment reminders and confirmations Maintain a clean and welcoming front office space Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify dental insurance benefits accurately Complete pre-authorizations and referrals when needed Assist with insurance claims, billing, and follow-up Clearly explain financial responsibilities and present payment options Create custom payment plans using sound judgment and problem-solving Process and track patient payments with attention to detail Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Educate patients on their recommended treatment and coverage Work with the clinical team to schedule and prioritize cases Support same-day treatment scheduling when possible Follow up on unscheduled treatments and recall visits Administrative & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all dental office regulations Prepare and manage patient documentation and correspondence Collaborate with the rest of the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations What You Bring 1â2 years of dental front office experience (required) Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) Strong knowledge of treatment coordination and dental insurance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus Schedule & Compensation 3 days a week - Ideally Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (can be further discussed) Hours: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Pay: $18â$20/hour, based on experience If youâre ready to join a fantastic dental team where your contributions matter every single day, weâd love to hear from you.
