We’re looking for a fulltime Patient Care Coordinator who’s friendly, organized, and ready to be the heart of our front office. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism Verify insurance eligibility and follow up on insurance issues Help patients understand their coverage and treatment options Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, fun environment Working hours: Monday-Thursdays 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm What We’re Looking For A positive, team-oriented attitude that patients (and coworkers) love 1+ year of dental or healthcare front office experience Working experience with OpenDental Knowledge of dental insurance (bonus points!)
