Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to add to our dynamic team in a small patient centric dental office. The days we're ideally looking for are Monday (7:45-3) Tuesdays (7:45-5) and Wednesday (7:45-5) The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Responsibilities: Assisting the dentist during dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Taking dental x-rays Taking and recording patient medical and dental histories Providing patient education and answering questions Sterilizing dental instruments Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Strong chairside assisting skills Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures We are looking for someone who is passionate about dental health and committed to providing exceptional patient care while working collaboratively within our team.
