What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone who is: Experienced in dental reception, scheduling, and treatment coordination- **MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE** Knowledgeable in creating detailed treatment plans , including sequencing and financial presentation Highly proficient with dental PPO insurance , including breakdowns, estimating coverage, submitting claims, and explaining benefits to patients Reliable and punctual , with a strong sense of responsibility Exceptional with customer service , providing warm, concierge-style care to every patient Detail-oriented , able to stay on task and follow through on all assignments Comfortable in a multi-specialty environment (general, cosmetic, surgical, etc.) A strong communicator , both in-person and over the phone Able to multitask without compromising quality or accuracy Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression Manage phones, scheduling, confirmations, and daily patient flow Create, present, and coordinate treatment plans with accuracy and clarity Verify and understand PPO insurance benefits, estimate patient portions, and assist with financial arrangements Coordinate follow-up care and maintain organized documentation Ensure smooth communication with the clinical team and maintain accurate patient records Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint Why Join Us?
