We are now seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Lead Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Position Overview As the Lead Dental Assistant , youâll play a vital role in maintaining efficient clinical operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for every patient. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced dental assistant who thrives in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures Lead and support a team of dental assistants and coordinate daily clinical flow Take and process dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices Manage inventory of clinical supplies and ensure rooms are stocked Support the front desk with patient communication as needed Help maintain a calm, professional, and patient-focused atmosphere Requirements Minimum 2â3 years of experience as a dental assistant Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership or team coordination experience preferred Proficiency in taking X-rays and working with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) Radiology certification and any required local certifications CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Supportive, family-oriented work environment Long-term team with low turnover Opportunity to grow within the role Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off, holidays, vacations, health/dental insurance Apply Today!
