Responsibilities Chairside Assisting Four-handed/six-handed assisting for all procedures Prepare rooms, trays, materials, and technology Support impressions, scans, and temporaries Maintain accurate chart notes Help ensure patient comfort and clear communication Patient Flow & Team Support Anticipate next steps to keep the day running smoothly Communicate clearly with doctors and team members Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Sterilization & Infection Control Turn over rooms following all protocols Process and log instrument sterilization cycles Maintain a clean, compliant sterilization area Supply & Equipment Support Monitor inventory levels and report low stock Help maintain organized supply and equipment areas What We’re Looking For A dependable, growth-oriented assistant who aligns with our core values: Communicate & Collaborate Professional communication, active listening, and a team-first mindset.
