Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: Provide advanced chairside support for pediatric restorative and preventive procedures Utilize EFDA-level skills (if applicable) to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes Take high-quality X-rays and accurately document clinical care Manage operatory setup/breakdown, sterilization, and clinical flow with precision Create a calm, positive, child-friendly experience for every patient Work closely with Dr. Schaaf to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional care Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Experienced Dental Assistant with strong pediatric experience EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) strongly preferred for Oregon Confident, efficient, and able to perform in a fast-paced pediatric environment Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Must be willing and able to work a full-time schedule
