DENTAL ASSISTANT (Oakland Piedmont / Montclair) The Dental Touch Compensation: $$ Very competitive hourly pay rate â dependent upon your experience Employment Type: full-time Job Title: Dental Assistant We are a fun expanding general dental office. We have two doctors with our services ranging from cleaning to surgical placement of implants and full mouth rehabilitation. We are a digitalized office using Eaglesoft as the practice management software. iTero and 3Shape Trios for 3-D digital record capture. We are seeking a staff members that are high energy, fun, highly motivated and with a desire to grow. What we will offer: - Four and a half day work week for full time. Or negotiable hours for part time. - $$ Very competitive hourly pay rate â dependent upon your experience - 1 week Paid time off the 1st and 2nd year, 2 weeks PTO for the 3rd and 4th year and 3 weeks 5th year and after for full time. - 7 Paid holidays per year for full time. - Monthly bonus based upon how well the office performed â easy to track. - Other monthly bonus games. - 401K/Safe harbor and Cash Balance retirement plans - Dental care yourself and for immediate family (lab fees/and implant hardware not included) - Beautiful office with the latest technology - A fun staff looking to grow while maintaining the highest quality standards of professionalism and dental care! *Working Saturdays are required.
