In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality dental care and educating patients about their oral health. The Dental Hygienist position available is PART-TIME or FULL-TIME (2-4days/week). We prioritize quality healthcare over quantity and schedule one hour cleanings for patients 12 years and older. We are searching for a team-oriented hygienist who focuses on the patient experience, education, and oral health. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the system. Maintain infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Manage patient records and scheduling using Eaglesoft software. Requirements Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Indiana. Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and patient assessment techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education. Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
