Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Office Assistant to join our vibrant dental practice. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate seamless communication between patients and our clinical team. Duties Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk Schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification processes Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, including updating records and collecting co-pays Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and clear communication Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies Coordinate with clinical staff for patient intake procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before procedures Uphold HIPAA regulations by managing health information securely and confidentially Experience Customer service skills and experience Sales skills and experience Dental office experience is a plus but we do offer training so not required Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patientsâ lives by providing outstanding front desk support in a lively, supportive environment.
