*Job Summary* We are seeking a Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team at a busy Dental facility. The ideal candidate will be knoweledgable in open dental, dentrix, or other Dental EMR systems; they will also be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting and assisting patients, managing phone calls, and maintaining the office's appearance. *Responsibilities* - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the facility - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Schedule appointments and update patient records using eClinicalWorks or similar software - Verify insurance information and assist with Medicare documentation - Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information - Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Support office management with various administrative tasks *Skills* - Proficiency in health information management and patient service - Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records systems - Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation review - Familiarity with phone systems in a hospital or medical setting - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing top-notch patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Front Desk Receptionist position.
