Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental office operations and the ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion. Previous experience in a Dental Clinic or Dental Office is "Required" Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time Maintain patient records accurately, including updating information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services and addressing patient concerns Assist with Dental coding and billing tasks, utilizing knowledge of Eaglesoft Dental Software Maintain an organized reception area Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic Skills Previous experience in a Dental Clinic or Dental Office is "Required" Knowledge of Dental Software " Eaglesoft" is Required Use basic dental terminology, Detail appointment schedules, and Coordinate with dental assistants.
